Who is Bezol One?
Bezol One is the multidisciplinary creative practice of Indiana-based artist and creative director Josh Brinson.
Rooted in visual art and shaped by influences from graffiti, abstraction, design, hospitality, and contemporary culture, his practice moves across murals, studio artwork, objects, mixology, and multisensory experiences.
A MULTIDISCIPLINARY PRACTICE
At the center of Josh's work is an exploration of color, composition, contrast, and connection. His visual practice combines elements of graffiti, abstract expressionism, fluid geometry, and portraiture, often exploring the relationship between nature, technology, identity, and the environments we inhabit. Working with spray paint, acrylics, wood, and experimental materials, his work ranges from large-scale public murals to original paintings, dimensional panels, prints, and collectible objects.
BEYOND THE CANVAS
Over time, that same creative process has expanded beyond purely visual mediums. Through mixology, Josh approaches flavor, aroma, texture, color, and presentation as elements of composition—developing everything from seasonal cocktails to conceptual menus designed around a particular story, environment, or experience.
CONNECTING THE MEDIUMS
This intersection of disciplines has become an increasingly important part of Bezol One. By bringing together visual art, flavor, hospitality, design, and environment, Josh is interested in creating experiences that engage more than one sense and challenge the boundaries between traditional creative mediums.
Alongside his independent practice, Josh has collaborated with brands, businesses, hospitality groups, community organizations, and collectors on murals, commissioned artwork, creative campaigns, products, events, and other collaborative projects. Rather than being defined by a single medium, Bezol One continues to evolve as a platform for experimentation—connecting art, culture, and experience through a shared visual and conceptual language.
